Main construction work will start next month on the site in Highgate according to construction data specialist Barbour ABI.
The job is due for completion in March 2028 and will provide a 61-bed care home including specialist dementia care facilities.
The scheme has been designed by Wolff Architects and includes social areas, shared dining rooms, an art studio, a spa and gym, a screening room and a library.
